Gerlach Inc. is the North American representative of TSM GMBH, an equipment manufacturer of rubber machinery for vulcanization/curing, cooling, measurement, flocking, microwaves and material handling. Gerlach Inc. can also supply our customers with engineering services, electrical control panel fabrication services and complete electrical control system design and build services. Our experience base includes providing systems for North American and European markets in the areas of integrated systems, drives systems, process controls, and machine controls including the latest in safety equipment. We will be happy to quote either our standard rates or fixed priced services.

INC. ENGINEERING SERVICES
Gerlach Inc. can also provide confidential
engineering services for design drafting, specifying, programming and
startup of customer’s equipment.
We can assist our customers with documenting services such as
Autocad drafting and Microsoft tools such as Word and Excel for project
manuals. Programming and documentation services are available for PLC
(programmable logic controllers) and operator interface terminal devices
such as MMIs (stand-alone man machine interfaces) and HMIs (computer
based human machine interfaces). …see

GERLACH INC. CONTROL PANEL SERVICES
We
provide electrical enclosures for 600VAC and below control and drive
systems. We can design and/or build your control panels to your
specifications and to applicable codes such as the U.S. National
Electrical Code (NFPA), UL standards for the U.S., Canadian National
Electric Code, CSA/CUL standards and CE standards.
As displayed in the panel photographs our work is both precise
and neat. We can supply
drive controls for fixed and variable speed motors such as AC, DC,
stepper and servo type motors. Our
panel builders are experience in wiring relay logic, PLC I/O systems,
MMI/HMI systems and instrumentation systems to meet your control needs.
